Boyd G. Carano, a partner with Vinson & Elkins, has practiced in Mexico City, New York, and Singapore. He co-chaired the Legal Services committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, vice-chaired the U.S. and Cross Border Legal Matters Committee for the American Chamber of Commerce in Mexico. Carano earned his bachelor's and law degrees from Georgetown University.
