William H. Weiland chairs the international practice group of Winstead Sechrest & Minick, PC.  He advises clients investing abroad and has counseled governments of several African countries.  He is a graduate of the College of William & Mary and the University of Virginia Law School.  Before his service in the U.S. Army he did coursework at the Facultad de Leyes of the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico.
